Our story

Built in Surat. Refined outlet by outlet.

MY COLD ZONE opened its first outlet in Surat in 2013 and has grown on a standardised menu, consistent quality and a model we’ve tightened outlet by outlet.

In 2018 we built FIZORA — our own in-house syrup factory in Surat.

Every outlet runs on FIZORA syrups, bases and concentrates made in our own plant — not outside vendors. A franchise hands you that whole working system — not just a logo.
